Our laboratory carries out the full complex of soil, rock and groundwater investigations:
- physical properties of the soil: bulk density, humidity, liquid limit and plastic limit, specific density, grain-size distribution;
- filtration properties (permeability ratio in natural and compacted state);
- deformation and strength properties (shearing test, compression under various loads) of subsiding soils;
- rocky soils: resistance to uniaxial compression;
- maximum density at optimal humidity (Proctor test);
- soils and water chemical composition; dissolved carbon dioxide and oxygen, groundwater and soils aggressiveness to steel, lead, aluminum, and concrete.
